Ok, you guys are going to think I'm nuts but I value and rely on your opinions SO much!
So here's the deal. Im really pushing getting the HM out of the way and FH doesn't have a clue about anything. So, our budget is $6500 and we would like to go somewhere for 10 days/9 nights. Within the US could be cool as well as all islands.
Anyone have any suggestions for destinations?? You girls are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we did Sandals Negril in Jamaica for about that price.

I did a vacation a few years ago in Negril for that price - check out Jamaica.
Also, Cancun runs similar deals.
