I need a new job- badly. Hate the one im at now...
i'd love to work in a school - not as a teacher - but in the admissions office, etc. Anyone know where to start?

Yeah i think i would be perfect for that job... i am totally obsessively organized and hard working. Just cant stand my work enviornment anymore... Some of the ppl I work with drive me insane.
If anyone has any idea of how to search out these jobs, i'd love it.

Look in the newspaper for job listings or go to hotjobs or one of those job sites. Good luck!!

You can try looking at job sites on line or going through a recruiter.
Maybe start with Monster or Hotjobs or Career Builder.

As an employment counselor I can tell you that only 10% of jobs ever get posted. The best way to get a job is to network your butt off. Find people you know that do jobs that interest you, talk to them about how they got into it and who they may know that can get you in.
I'll tell you that being unhappy in a job is never good for you, it upsets the whole balance of your life. If you need any more support feel free to FM. You're too fabulous to be so sad!

Start checking our colleges and school's websites in your area. They always have a 'careers' section on their website and I'm sure they'll have tons of stuff on there. Also NYTimes.com, CareerBuilder.com, and Monster.com. Good luck!
