I am searching for a seamstress preferably not in a Bridal salon does anyone know anyone truly amazing that can do magic?

I'm saving this to my notebook just in case...we're looking for the same thing now. My bridal salon charges soo much for alterations, so I told them NOT to get them done there....

FH's aunt used to be a seamstress for Vera Wang and is doing my alterations and bustle for my dress. I can ask her is she wants some business but, I do know she'll be swapped with my dress, my girls, making FSIL dress and FMIL. But it doesnt hurt to ask

Ya that is part of the problem the other part is the seamstress at my place is senile. Not a joke she has no idea what is even going on atthe moment!

Where are you located? Me and my sis got our alterations at a place in Oceanside. Its not a bridal salon and the ladies there are SO helpful and fabulous. I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but I will call my mom and ask!

OK, found the name...its P&M Boutique on Long Beach Road in Oceanside. I HIGHLY recommend them, they were wonderful! Just call ahead and ask the seamstress what a good time to come in is. All the ladies there are wonderful.
