I need advice...

I originally was going to have my bridesmaids in eggplant purple...and my two MOH's in lilac purple. But the more I thought about it... one of the MOH's is a very fair skinned woman...and I think it might wash her out. And the second MOH is having a baby two and half months prior to the wedding. I think the lighter color might not be as slimming on her as the darker color would.

If I put all the girls in the same darker color - how can I differentiate the MOH's from the rest of the girls - besides giving them different bouqettes? Check out the dress and let me know what you think??

That's what I'm doing with my MOH so I would suggest that

You could have them wear a pretty hairpiece or a specific satement necklace

I don't really think you'd have a huge problem putting them in the lilac though. I think fair skinned girls, myself included, look pretty in pastels... and what's going to make the dress flattering is the cut much more so than the color. If the dress isn't flattering on her, the color won't make a HUGE difference.
