have any of you had to tell a BM that she is no longer in the bridal party.... Why did you do it?.... How did you say it.... And what happened after? If you want more info I can FM u, I just don't feel comfortable making it public yet.
Thanks for all your help this has been a very difficult thing for me even think about b/c of the situation.....sorry I am being vague.....plus I hate conflict!
Any help words of encouragement would be great!

I luckily have not had too......I wish I had some advice.
I would have serious stomach issues trying to approach this topic w/ any of my BM's. LOL But if need be, I would do it.
There has been a few brides w/ BM issues on the boards in the last few days...
Hopefully you will get some good advice.

thanks....my scheudle has been so busy with work that i have not been on the boards and i am sure if i were i probably would know what to have done with the BM at this point......i did a search but found nothing...hence the topic.

My friend had to. I was so surprised she actually did it too b/c she is so NOT confrontational at all. She just said to her: 'I know you have a lot going on in your life right now that is stressful to you and I don't think that my wedding should be an additional stressor. I will not be offended if you want to step down and actually, it might be better for both of us b/c knowing you are stressing out about my wedding is causing me even more stress.' And she did step down, still came to the wedding and everything was fine.
