i have no idea what to do for my bach party ... please give me some good ideas
-- i'm not a big drinker so i don't want to go bar hopping or whatnot ... -- it should be a one-day thing (not overnight) -- also, i'd prefer that whatever it is doesn't cost TOO much (my BMs are kinda poor lol) -- if it could be on LI, that'd be awesome since it's so much easier to drive places than to take subways (we're not doing a limo)
so please help ... i have no idea what's good / fun.

Hmmmm do you like the beach? Maybe Montauk or Hamptons for the day? Do you like gambling? Belmont or Aqueduct racetrack? Maybe go to Port Jeff for the today? Ferry to Fire Island?

i went to fire island for my sisters bach.. it was awesome! alot of fun!!
also, check out cityhunt.org i know you said you're not a big drinker, but neither is my best friend...and we had the best time!! something very different and fun! HTH

There is a spa in roslyn where they give you a private party room to have drinks and snacks and relax as everyone gets spa treatments.

I think a spa day would be great. Maybe Spa and dinner or Brunch and Spa?
Fire Island is also very fun. I went for my friend's bachelorette party last summer. We had a great time.
Or what about dinner and a comedy club. There are several on Long Island.

do happy hour at glo eat free, drinks are cheap.. then get in a cab and go to savanah.. ladies drink free from 10-12am
its basically a free night

ditto this seems right up your ally, and maybe if the spa comes out to too much you could just go get mani pedis together and then dinner and maybe a comedy club or something?

I'm not sure how you would feel about traveling to Brooklyn, there's $5 parking all day, but there's a spa/lounge that I've been looking at.
They have a brunch on Saturday and Sundays and ladies who do like to drink can have a few.
