What type of baskets are you looking for? How big? How much are you looking to spend? And how many do you need?
At my site it is also an overpriced happy meal!! It's half price for kids under twelve and free for all of my vendors. I really wish I could run to Burger King for them that day!!!
Hmm...I was thinking of a place in Deer Park/North Babylon. An Italian specialty shop called Salpino III Italian Deli (631-242-5500). At Christmas time I was looking for a gift basket to give, and they didn't have any pre-made left. I had to buy my own. Anyway, these are probably too big for what you need and I don't know if they'd have enough, even though they did have a lot in stock. Prices ranged from $7-$15 I believe.
According to yellowpages.com, there are locations in Oceanside (488 Merrick Road-516-536-1087) and Wantagh (3433 Merrick Road-516-221-1100) too. The one in Deer Park is still relatively new. It's located in the Deer Shore Square Shopping Center where Bay Shore Road and Deer Park Ave. intersect.
What about looking into a craft store like Lady Jane. A florist might also have some to sell.
Well said Kel and Kathi. The whole point of this board is to help each other and give support so we can make the biggest event of our lives (thus far) what we always dreamed it would be. I have enjoyed all the help you have given me over the past few months. Well back to planning, Good luck everyone!!!!
