i need dinner suggestions too...

i know i always ask for places to go, but i can never remember anyplace and there are just too many options in this city.

anyway, my co-worker and i are going for drinks and then I think we want sushi... not a crazy expensive or super loud place and since it's friday i'm willing to travel (within manhattan, anyway). we'll probably get drinks around the office (40th and Park)

i know, it's a crappy area for food IMO so i'm willing to go down or up a little. i'm usually a baby b/c it takes forever to get home if i stay out late, but it's friday and fh is away so i don't really care.

I went to Tao on 58th once like 3 years ago. My intro to sushi and it was quite good gotta admit lol don't know the price cuz i didn't pay. but we had a nice sample of alot of sushi.

Haru is great (on Park) Sushi Samba on Park Avenue.
Aquamarine is on 2nd avenue between 38th and 39th is pretty good as well and not that expensive.

I was thinking Haru too - didn't it used to be on like 43rd and broadway or 44th?

Either it moved or there are two, but it was very good! I used to work in Times Square and we went there often.

Yeah, Haru has a couple of locations. One on park in the 20's, one in the times square area and there is on on the Upper East side!
