go to www.disney.com - they have a vacation planning tool so you can price out your vacations.

I just put in 9/19 - 9/25 Pop Century Resort, Ult. Park Hopper tickets, airfare (out of laguardia - Islip are not direct) and ground transportation in Orlando was $2309.

For 7 days, it may be worth it to buy annual passes and then get AP room discounts.

Would also check out MouseSavers

You can get one of the value resorts for $49 per night in September. That's where we always stay!

I would def check out mousesavers (link above) right now there is a pay for 5 get 2 free - so you get 7 nights for price of 5- that goes most dates until November something - you should look into that - it is on the disney website (disneyworld.com BUT I think you have to book ASAP (I think you must book by 6/30?)

I'd say $3k all inclusive. I think it will defintiely be worth it to get annual passes. They pay fortthemselves after eight days, but you can get a lot off your hotel. We saved over 50% on our recent trip!

The only thing that's a disadvantage is that the regulara annual pass doens't include PI, Disney Quest, the water aprks, etc. If you plan on using those you either have to spring for a premium (very expensive..we got them and we haven't ea;ly used enough extras to cciver the added expense)...or you cna get an ultimate park hopper pass as a rersort guest which includes all that, but you don't get the AP hotel rate. I'd call up separately (you and DH) and one book the package and one book the AP rate and then add the amount of the AP's and see how much it comes out to, also decide if you plan to use the additional features. Keep in mind you also get money off at lunches and we saved $54 on our car rental for having an AP so the added benefits really seem to add up. I'd recommned it, but the real question is whether or not to get premium...you really have to add it up and see what the AP rates are for when you want to go. Good Luck
