I need dress help

I need some assistance please...I was thinking about gong to RK bridal, but I don't know what the prices on dresses are there. I am on a tight budget, but at the same time I would like a really nice dress but not to break the bank. I love Maggie Sottero dresses but I think they might be a bit out of my budget.
Is it possible to get a dress less than $1,000? I'm leaning towards A-line dresses with some embellishments. I have already been to DB but I just wanted to know if there are other boutiques (either in Long Island or else where within the tri-state area) that sell beautiful dresses for less than $1,000. Any advice is greatly appreciated. TIA

I got my dress at RK bridal for less than $1000. They do have Maggie dresses there and you might be able to find some that are discontinued and are therefore discounted.

Bridal World in Baldwin had a lot for dresses of under $1000

Find the dress you want. Price it out then call around. If you want to know how I got my dress under $1000 FM me.

Lots of maggies are under $1000!

Im in love w a bunch of her dresses. My fav, which is paula is around $800 i think.

My dress is Maggie Sottero's Jenna and one of my friends just ordered MS's Tristan.. both are under $1,000

Honestly, unless there's a few particular dresses you have in mind to try on, I wouldn't go to RK Bridal yet. It's a huge warehouse and the dresses are packed so tightly in that it's hard to even see what they look like, though they do have tags with their names and they are separated by designer. I'd go check out Village Bridal or Charisol Bridal- both had a great selection of Maggie Sottero dresses... also Paradise Bridal, but that's far out in Patchogue.

However, I do reccommend going back to purchase your dress from RK!

I got my dress at Beautiful Bride in Lynbrook for under $1000. They are amazing there!!! Especially Patti.
INCREDIBLE service and beautiful gowns!
I told them my budget at absolute highest is $1000 and they brought me like 5 dresses between $800 and $1000.

Plus you get a discount if you pay in full. HTH

Try Wedding Center in Commack or Helen's in Commack...Helens is really great!!! Thats where I'm getting mine. Ashley is SO sweet and they let you take pictures and really take your time!! They are so helpful!!!

Thanks Kedra, I will try Helen's. As far as the Wedding Center, I did meet the owner and he was a bit too pushy so I decided to look elsewhere. Thanks for your help.
