I didn't look at Flower Barn, but Pedestals and Flower Michele came in really close to that # for high cps for me. So you should do fine with either of them. As an aside, Pedestals did my friend's wedding last weekend and her flowers were beautiful. Burton's did my cousin's flowers also last weekend and her's were beautiful as well.
Another vote for Flower Michele. We met with another florist who was great, but John 'got' what we wanted. He was so enthusiastic and a total pleasure to meet with. I'm so excited for my flowers!!! And your budget is completely doable...we're spending $2900 and we have about 15 high cp's included in our package.
