In that case, I think #3 hair style ould look the most elegant with the dress since it's strapless.
I think laurenluvsTJ used that dress for her BM dresses and she posted her wedding review if you want to see how her BM wore their hair for it.

my vote is #2 my friend was a bridesmaid in a wedding this weekend, she wore her hair like #2 without the bangs - think eva longoria, she did that hairdo once - anyway she looked gorgeous, everyone was complimenting her all night,, and she was also wearing a strapless dress, so thats my pick, be different
