We are trying to figure out where we should go on our honeymoon. I know that there is a honeymoon thread, but I was hoping more people would read this.....we want to spend between 3,000 and 4,000 on the trip-but want to go somewhere nice. Does anyone have any ideas where we could go for 7 days 6 nights and not spend a fortune? Also, has anyone been to any of the all-inclusives in Mexico? Secrets or Dreams....I was wondering how their food was and also what it looks like now with the hurricanes that came through. Please help! THanks so much!

I can tell you first hand that Aruba is beautiful. It seems to be right in your price range as well. I know a lot of people who have gone on their HM. There are also a lot resorts w/ all inclusive pkgs. I'm going to Punta Cana in a few weeks and I could let you know how that goes. It also seems to be in your price range and is all inclusive.

I haven't been to secrets or dreams but the grand xcarat by occidental in riviera maya. the price was good and the resort was hella fun!!!
11 restaurants 5 swimming pools 10 bars 1 disco tennis golf and a huge pool with a great big slide
You should definately check it out. Fh and i went last summer and we LOVED it
My friends went to Secrets Excellence and loved it.

We're doing Secrets - Mayan Riviera for your 'budgeted' amount for 7 days, 6 nights.

We were considering the Moon Resort in Mexico, but we went with Disney World! We'll go here maybe for our 1 year anniversary, but here's the link if you want to check it out!
