We tipped the DJ $50 per person from his crew, we tipped the maitre'd $700 (they say about $4-5 per person attending the wedding). We tipped the Bridal Attendant $100. I think that was it.

as far as the maitre'd....i've heard a better average of $2-3/person..if you have 400 people at 5/person that is 2k....wow...in all my days in the restaurant biz, i never got a 2k tip, ever.
that thread is great btw. it's more of what is mainstream as far as who gets what.
