I said I was not going to get stressed over wedding planning and I think that I have done good until now. I am trying to find an Officant both myself and FH were raised Catholic over the years he has become an Atheist I guess, I am so confused on finding someone to marry us. Does anyone have any suggestions?

do you want a spiritual or civil ceremony? are you marrying at the hall?
you can always look for a non-denominational or inter-faith minister, JOP, or you can look for a catholic priest who no longer performs ceremonies at a particular parish. this site is good for that: Catholic Answer
