Does anyone know of any nice Knights of Columbus or VFW halls that would accomodate about 75 people for an engagement party!? Also, halls that will allow us to bring in our own caterers as well

I don't know what area you are looking for, but the VFW Hall in Franklin Square can do that. FH is a member and we have all our parties there.
There is a really nice hall run by Islip Town right on Lake Ronkonkoma. I've had 3 Halloween parties there.

I was going to suggest this place too. I've been to a graduation party there with about 50+ people. They have a big room upstairs for weddings and a smaller room downstairs. If this is the area you are looking for, there is a nice place in Wantagh on Park Ave (by the worlds gym). I'm not sure if it's a KOC or VFW though. My sis and I had our grad parties there with about 50-75 people and brought our own food as well. HTH![]()
