I am writing a letter of complaint to my landlord and I have no idea how to start off. Does anybody know how to go about doing something like this?

We lose our hot water SUPER fast. To the point where FH has to shower at his mother's house if we have to go somewhere because we can't both take a shower. I lose hot water after doing the dishes. We pay extra for electric and have our own water heater so this shouldnt be happening.
Also- the stove needs to be replaced as well as the shower grab bar.

Dear Mr/Ms Landlord,
As you know, we have been having some issues with regards to our hot water and we need this to be fixed immediately. The hot water shuts off almost immediately, which should not be happening since we are paying extra to cover our own water heater.
