All of my BMs took home their dresses and is getting them altered where they want to go. Witch is fine whatever but this morning I get a phone from a bridesmaid saying that her dress doesn't fit. When she tried on the sample it was a little snug and the zipper didn't go all the way up but she insisted that she wanted that size. So now the dress is here and she said that there is no way that anyone can take it out it's too small. What do I do? She is being a b i t c h about it and I think it is her fault for not listening to the lady and being cheap not wanting to pay for alterations. My FHs sister is peggo and his mom is able to find someone to fix her dress by like almost 2 dress sizes so why is it hard for her. Sorry so long. I need help! I don't know what to do.

Re: I need help!
This happened to me when I was in a friend's wedding. I live out of state and the bride wanted to order all the dresses together. So I got measured and sent her the measurements. Well, I got the dress in the mail and it would not zip up on me. I freaked out. But I did not bother the bride with it. What could she do at that point? So I went to an excellent seamstress and she was able to let it out for me. No problem. Cost like $50 or $60. I don't think your BM should have called you. She should just go to a seamstress and see what they say. Upsetting the bride is pointless. Sorry this has happened. Good luck.

Re: I need help!
a good seamstress should be able to let out the dress...if there isn't enough fabric...maybe she could rush order fabric from the designer or get fabric that matches to fix it somehow. either way a seamstress would probably know a good solution.
the other option is to try a diet or work out to help but that might be difficult and not the best option cuz u cant guarantee that will work regardless.
and if all else fails...maybe see if there is a sample in the same style/color in her correct size that she can buy off the racks.
