I know that this has been asked millions of times, but I can't seem to get any of the web images to post on the chat screens. Are there instructions somewhere? TIA

Right click on the picture and click properties. Highlight and copy the properties. Then on your message, Click on Insert Web Image (underneath the Emot-icons). Paste the properties there. Preview to make sure it worked

If you look to the bottom left of the screen, you'll see 'ADD FEATURE' under the emote-icons. If you have a pic on a website, get the URL to that pic and use 'Insert Web Image'. Paste the URL into the field.
To get a pic from your computer, under the chat box it says 'Attach Images.' Click 'Browse' and locate your pic on your computer hard drive. Select it and click 'Open' when you find it. The Path should show up in the gray box.
