I need help finding a tip about crinolines
A while ago a read a tip SOMEWHERE about how to make your crinoline fuller. It said something about maybing pulling the seam on the tulle out every few inches? But I can't remember where I saw it and I have tried to find it on Google but I am not having any luck. Anyone have any idea where to find the tip or just know how to make a criinoline a little fuller? Thanks!
