I need help just bought an MP3 player!!!!

I just got a mp3 player and I need help. I am listening to a music CD on windows media player. How do I save the songs on file???

On windows media player there is a COPY button somewhere and you can just copy them to a file on your harddrive and then put tem on the MP3 player
