I can't offer advice on the last 2 questions .... we're not up to that stuff yet ...

I can help you out with 2 out of the 3. For the Father Daughter Dance you could use Butterfly Kisses, Through the Years (Kenny Rogers) or In My Life (The Beatles). You can also check out the knot, they have tons of recommendations for music. I think that I can help with your mom's hair, has she ever had her hair blown out. She can get hair blown out and the stylist can always use a curling iron after the hair is blown out, trust me on this one I have naturally curly hair that can sometimes has a mind of its own. As for the rehearsal dinner, you can also check out the knot, they have articles on who should pay for what. My fiance and I haven't even thought about our rehearsal dinner yet.

Our dance was In My Daughter's Eyes
My IL's paid for our rehearsal dinner. They told us right when we booked our Church and wedding date though that they were planning on paying for that.
