hey ladies, with approx. 4 weeks to go to my wedding, i saw my e-pics and they were NOT good. first of all, the photographer made us wait for over an hour and then it kinda went downhill from there.
so, have any of you used photographers that you would recommend that are NOT LIW vendors? i need someone decently priced (since i am losing my deposit) who's still available and most of the LIW vendors are booked, or am i screwe d?

I am using 12th Night for my photographer. They are reasonably priced and super nice to work with. I have no idea if they would be booked, but it is worth a shot.

Fh's cousin used Verdi Photo. I've never seen them on LIW. Not sure about the price, but the pictures came out beautiful. I think their website is fotoverdi.com

I recommend twelfth night also, they have a few photographers to choose from so chances are one of them will be free for your wedding, it can't hurt to call and ask.

I'm using Konrad Kolen. He's sooo nice and pretty reasonably priced. Kolen Weddings
Irina is great and her 10 hour package is 1 thousand dollars!!!

I know you mentioned non-liwedding vendors. But I loved my photo guy. Dan saviano from golden moments. You can check out my e-shoot photos and my wedding photos in my album. Good luck!

You should call Martin Willard Photography- Marty is an AMAZING photographer and he works one on one with all of his clients... and if he is not available, he will refer you to someone else that works with you directly as well.
I have personally refered him to over a dozen people (and everyone loved him!) and just had him photograph my wedding in August, if you would like to see my proofs, let me know.

They are wonderful to work with and very creative and their photos are gorgeous. I loved everything they took.
