I need help!!! so upset

Well let me begin by saying I've had the worst week everrrrrr... Yesterday around 8pm I checked my email and found an email from my bridal shower restaurant saying 'Thank you for so many years of dedication but we lost our lease and we closed down on Monday. WHAT?!? I am suppossed to have MY bridal shower there in April. They have my deposit? Now I am so upset I can't even begin to tell you. And now I have favors that have the date on them and I just ordered and got the bridal shower invitations in the mail. I am hysterical. What am I gonna do???.. I think I am more upset because they didn't even have the decency to call and tell me that I had to find out from a generic email that was addressed to everyone on the mailing list not even just me personally. Well you can bet ur a*s that I will be at the 'sister' location today and I wont be leaving their til I get ALLLLLL my money back and the money I spend on the invitations... So please if anyone knows of a location I can have for my bridal shower that has good food and decent prices please let me know!! i'm desperate!!! i can honestly say this has ruined everythign and I dont even want a shower or a wedding.

I think I recommended them before for another bride, but Elisa's Restaurant in North Bellmore is really great to work with. You can rent out part of the restaurant if you have about 30 people, but if you have 50 you can have the whole thing. The menu's got good options as long as you like Italian food (that's all my fam eats lol) and it's very well-priced.

We're having our e-party there because we were shocked at how easy they were to work with for my sister's baby shower - it was kind of last minute and they were extremely helpful.

Try Pompeii's in West Hempstead. Great food and service...many different rooms to have it in too

About the invites...what about checking out invites through vistaprint. Many times they have AMAZING sales where the invites or postcards or something that can be substituted for invites are dirt cheap or even free where you just have to pay for shipping only.

Maybe you can have it on the same date so the favors can still be used.

As for the invites, how frustrating! I'd just send a little business card with the invite with the amended information/location, that should do the trick! Soooo irksome but in the scheme of things its a tiny change/hiccup.

It'll all work out I'm sure. Shower and wedding will be fantastic!

Ginos in north Bellmore on jerusalem has a great room for about 70 people their food is great and the prices start at I want to say 22 a person.

We had my daughters communion at runyons on seafood cute room hold about 45.
