Okay, here are my BM dresses, and my Jr. BM Dresses (both Jim Hjelm)
I'm having trouble finding a flower girl dresses that are not too expensive. Under $100
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I just wish Jim Hjelm made FG dresses!
Oh, I put my dress up too...I was thinking of something in the material (satin) for the FG dresses, with a gold sash like the one on my dress????

Do you want her dress to resemble your dress? I have seen some really cute dresses on ebay.

Technically yes, but I will have the dress maker put a liner! So don't worry!

Thanks! I'm obsessed with it! I got my shoes in yesterday, so I'm bringing those with me when I go see the drss maker so she can match the sash exactly...

Nope! It only takes her a month to do it...and I wanted to see if I could shed some pounds first...doesn't look too hopeful...don't really care...but, I am going at the end of September to start the process. I want to have it by Christmas!

Re: I need help with Flowergirl Dresses...
just cause i love showing off my little cousin... heres my FG dress that my mom made she made my dress, BMs dresses and FG dress.... it was a simple white silk-satin dress with a sash to match the BMs color... just to give ya an idea what it looks like little girls dresses are REALLY easy to make, if you know anyone who sews.... or even try and get a plain white dress in the kids department at sears or another department store and then add a sash to it.... just a couple ideas
US Angels...order thru Netbride.com... They come super super fast and inexpensive too!

I am in contemplation of FG dresses too. I have to wait a while before we buy/order anything because the girls are little. Keep in mind kids grow very fast. If you are going to buy them soon, I would buy them a size or two bigger than they may need. It is much easier to take a dress IN than it is to let a dress OUT!

Nope - I'm spending $500...just as much (probably less) than what i would have spent if the dress was already made!

GREAT IDEA...it has the color of the BM Dresses!
Thanks so much girls!
I think I'm just going to have my dress maker make the two FG dresses...that way it can incorporate everything I need.
