I need help with music for my church

My church has an organist and both my fiance and myself do not like the organ and would like to hire a string quartet or duo or trio or whatever. Essentially I am looking for an ensamble to play some classical pieces during my ceremony at the church. Church is in Centereach.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
