Fashioncraft.com and it helps you find a dealer. I think they are pretty cheap.

Re: I need help with Wedding Favors
I bought little square boxes from this party store in Levittown really cheap and we're filling them with hersheys hugs and kisses of all different flavors. I'm making my own favor tags and tying it up with ribbon. I think it'll be under $150 when I'm all done for 150 guests. I figured a unique edible favor was better than paying $3 a person for something everyone will just throw away or shove on a shelf somewhere never to be seen again. I couldn't even tell you where the favor for my sister's wedding is and I was the MOH!

This is just one of the designs that has been finished, but we bought the glasses with personalization from an online company (about $1.50 per glass bought in bulk including shipping and handling) and they are all in the process of being hand painted.
It appears the picture won't upload, but they are in my photo album under 'did it ourselves'

If favors are pinching your budget, skip them.
FTR, I did mint tins filled with candy from Metro Candy. Metro Candy gives 10% off your first order.
I decorated the tins with free clip art off of the Microsoft Web site and printed them on round labels from an office supply store. Designing and printing them yourself saves on customization fees.
The total cost was about $0.75-$0.80 each in spring 2007.

Re: I need help with Wedding Favors
The wedding coach in brooklyn is an amazing store. We didn't order favors until 2 weeks before the wedding. We went into the store, and they showed us what they could order quick. They had such a big selection, and prices really ranged from $2.00 per favor to very high end. They people who work there were very nice. I highly recommend going there - its nice to see and touch the items rather than just looking at pics online.

This is so true. I've been to so many weddings and all the favors end up in the junk drawer or the garbage.

there's a place in syosset called wrap with us. it's a wharehouse that's only open on weekends. they have a store online: wrapwithus.com on the web page on the left there's a listing for .99 cent favors. they have lots of good stuff there. lots of their favors i've seen in other places, but not as low priced as they are. hope this helps.

i was looking through that site too, and the bulk candies are very reasonably priced -- BUT the sites says you have to be a NYS wholesaler, etc... unless you can order it with someone else's address out of NY.

Re: I need help with Wedding Favors
A lot of Kate Aspen candle favors are relatively inexpensive, you can find them on a whole bunch of websites. The candles I'm most likely going with are only a dollar and change on the least expensive site I've found.

I just checked out the site. I can't believe how much stuff they have and the prices are really reasonable. I'll have to swing by the next time I'm in LI.
Thanks

Re: I need help with Wedding Favors
We're not doing favors - just a cute candy bar at the end of the night as people are leaving with a thank you note....I have been to so many weddings and honestly, it's so rare that I've ever even wanted the favor - except for our one friend who gave out wine

Re: I need help with Wedding Favors
I got these bamboo boxes with candles and incense from a wholesale place. It's about $4 each but we did 1 per couple so it's only $2 per guests. FM me if you want more info. They have cheaper ones on their website if you don't want to spend that much.
