I need hotel information , please?

I need hotel information , please?

I will try to keep this short. I live in Middle Village, Queens. The ceremony is going to be held at The Historical Chapel in Woodbury. The reception site is at Dante's in East Elmhurst. I would like to book a hotel that is sort of in between the 2 locations. As I don't want to get stuck in too much traffic going to the ceremony site, and i dont want the hotel to be too far away at the end of the night as I may be pooped, or we may want to party more afterwards and not have to drive far.

I am sort of in a financial pickle right now, FMIL may be getting a big check from her boss who is retiring from the business, if so ,that will enable us to pay off the wedding. If that is the case then i can look at 700 or up for a suite for 2 nights.

If she doesn't get the money, then i would like to keep it to about 700 for BOTH nights lol

I want to call and ask hotels about bridal suites or whatever , but i dont even know where to start. I am doing a search for hotels, but i am not getting what i want.

Help please? Thank you!!!!

Also: I have 7 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, my mom, FMIL and me. I have seen hotel suites where they have couches that pull out into a bed, and some have even been big enough to add a blow up bed in. Maybe we can fit like 5 in one room and 6 in the other? Or should i book one suite, for myself and the girls when we get our hair and makeup done, and just a few rooms for them to sleep in?

I went to discoverlongisland dot com and emailed them (The Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau) and asked them to find me hotels for room blocks, etc. Very helpful, every hotel I could think of is emailing me with quotes, and I dont even have to think about it! I'm sure they could help you out.
