I need Ideas....HELP

Ok, here is the story....let me preface it with I live in NJ!

FH and I have very limited time together because of his work schedule and that he has 2 jobs. Saturday we have the whole day until 7:00pm to do something and I want to do something special....
Any ideas of something we can wake up early for and be back by 7:00pm?

Please? I know you guys are resourceful!!!!!!!!!

Sage, there is a lot of stuff going around Manhattan this saturday/sunday.

1.Auto show at the Javits Center
2.Soho sampling. Check out www.sohonyc.org for details
3.If you don't mind trecking to brooklyn botanic garden, they have the japanese cherry tree exhibit going on.

The Bronx Zoo!
A shopping trip at Woodberry Commons! (not good though if you are trying to save $)
A picnic in Central Park
Take in a museum in the city that you never would normally- have you seen the Rose Planetarium @ Museum of Natural History?
