I need invitation help, please

I am trying to type up the different things I need in my invitation but I am having trouble. I wil have an actual invitation, and separate cards for the reception, RSVP, accomodations and directions. I get more confused everytime I look at them.

1. Do I put the street address of the church and reception hall on these or is it just supposed to be the city and state? Do I just list the addresses in the directions?
2. How far do I need to go with directions? Can I assume everyone can make it onto Long Island and just do from the LIE on or do I need more thorough directions?
3. Do I put directions to the hotel also?

Hmm...it seems like all my questions are about directions. But I am also wondering how to word the accomodations, reception and RSVP cards. Is there a website I can look at for this?

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. The actual card will be required upon check-in.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm, check-out is 12:00 pm.

Directions to St. Matthew RC Church:

Long Island Expressway (LIE, Route 495) from Eastern Long Island:
LIE to exit 53, follow signs for County Road 4 - Commack/North Babylon. After traffic light, continue on North Service Road west approximately 1.5 miles. Church is on the right side of the Road.

LIE from Western Long Island:
LIE to exit 51, Deer Park Ave. (Route 231), continue on South Service Road east to the second light, approximately 1 mile (Carll's Straight Path). Make a left crossing over LIE. Make left on to North Service Road. Church will be on right side of the road.

Northern State Parkway:
Exit 42S, Deer Park Ave. (Route 231), go south on Deer Park Avenue to LIE (about 6 miles). Make left onto the South Service Road (do not get on the LIE). Stay on the service road one light to Carll's Straight Path. Make a left crossing over the LIE and make another left onto the North Service Road. The Church is on the right.

Southern State Parkway:
Exit 39N, Deer Park Ave. (Route 231), continue North on Deer Park Ave. to LIE. Make a right onto the South Service Road and continue to the next traffic light (Carll's Straight Path). Make a left crossing over the LIE then make another left onto the North Service Road. The Church is on the right.

Directions to Glen Cove Mansion:

Long Island Expressway (LIE, Route 495) from Eastern Long Island (and from St. Matthew RC Church):
Exit 41N (Rt. 106/107), turn right and travel north on Rt. 107 approximately 10 miles to end. At fire house make a right turn onto Brewster Street to the 4th traffic light (Dosoris Lane). Turn left onto Dosoris Lane and continue one mile to Glen Cove Mansion on the right.

LIE from Western Long Island:
Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road) turn left at light onto Glen Cove Road. Travel 5 ¼ miles north on Glen Cove Road to the fork in the road. Bear left and continue 1 ½ miles to Brewster Street (Glen Cove Fire House will be directly in front of you). Make a right onto Brewster Street to the 4th traffic light (Dosoris Lane). Turn left on Dosoris Lane and continue one mile to Glen Cove Mansion on the right.

Northern State Parkway from Western Long Island:
Exit 30 (I.U. Willets Road), turn right onto I.U. Willets Road. At light turn left onto Glen Cove Road. Travel 6 miles north to the fork in the road. Bear left and follow directions above (in bold).

Northern State Parkway from Eastern Long Island:
Exit 31 (Glen Cove Road North) travel 6 ½ miles north on Glen Cove Road to the fork in the road. Bear left and follow directions above (in bold).
