I need more help from you wonderful girls!

Yesterday, I posted of wording for the paper behind my save the date magnets and got the help I need! Yea!! thanks!

Today, I went to Michaels () and then Staples () and left without what I went in for! I need the tacky, sticky kind of glue that holds the magnet to the cardstock. Its kinda stretchy amd rubbery. Do you know what I am talking about and where to get it? The girl in Michaels didnt have a clue what it was and the guy in Staples did but they didnt have it. Shocker!!

So I am still in need of it! Please help if you can.

Fun Tak? They sell it at CVS.

I used a glue gun to attach the magnets. All you need is one tiny dot to hold them on. And it doesn't ruin the magnet. It is much cheaper and easier to use.

It is rubber cement!!

A LOT of places should have it - I am pretty sure the CVS by me does, even. Pearl Paint should have it too.

You can buy from Staples, Office Max, etc... business card sized magnets that are prepared specifically for sticking something on it (usually a business card).
If your STD is bigger than a business card, I would recommend rubber cement, p[erhaps a crazy glue.

No, not fun tak - that is too thick , I think- more for hanging things on a wall. I never thought to use hot glue though it would not come off. I will look in cvs and then pearl paint for the other stuff first...

I just got back from Michaels.. so lots of tacky glue in gold containers (Arlene's or something?) On sale no less.

rubber cement, i think is what you are talking about. IT BONDS REALLY QUICKLY. so be careful!

i think Home Depot or Lowe's will have it.

Yea, but isnt rubber cement permanent? The stuff I am talking about is rubbery - it doesnt feel like glue more like gum, you can roll it around your fingers after you pull paper off of it- it never rips any paper- jsut holds together

That kind of glue, I don't think you can buy it. I know what you mean though. I think it is only used by companies in production, as far as I know you can't get it in a store.
