I need more pity than I am getting on 05 brides so

I decided to play Happy Homemaker and cook my honey dinner. Burned my hand on the hot stove. OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Moral of the story:
Don't cook!

Oh, no, I can cook, I am just an idiot. See, and let this be a lesson to all stupid people (consider it a personal missive from your leader, Deb Maher) -- when you take a hot roasting pan out of the oven, you are going to want to remember to use OVEN MITTS!!!!!!

Awww....don't be too hard on yourself. My FH once tried to pick up one of the burners on our gas stove to clean it right after he'd turned it off....I still think he's pretty cool!

If it makes you feel any better I actually did the SAME EXACT thing winterbride's FI did!! No joke!!!!! Moral: Never try to clean when your mad - you'll end up hurting yourself! (When I am mad, I am always cleaning).

Cheer up!!!!!! It could have been worse!!! You could have tried to pick up an iron after you just finished using it with your hand! (I did that too once)!!
