I need motivation....

I need motivation....

Before my wedding in October, I managed to drop a bunch of weight.. I was using trim spa, and watching what I ate.. and doing really good!! I went on my honeymoon and forgot the Trimspa, and came home and havent taken one since the week before my wedding.... I feel like the state-puff marshmallow man....

My husband says I am fine.. but I feel that its now starting to take a toll on me emotionally... I am sorry to vent ladies, but I know that you all have been there through everything else!

Re: I need motivation....

I know how you feel sweetie. Before my wedding I lost so much weight and I wasnt even trying. I just lost from all the running around I did and from being nervous. My wedding gown was so big on me and a lot of alterations had to be done and I felt so good afterwards and on my honeymoon. For the first time in my life I actually felt comfortable wearing a two piece bathing suit but now I feel gross. I feel like I have been on an eating spree since I got back from my honeymoon...LOL My new years resolution is to try and loose some weight but like you, I need motivation. I guess we can start out slow by watching what we eat and take it step by step.

Re: I need motivation....

sweetie we all have out good and bad days of feeling blah!

They are actually the most motivating for me.

Tomorrow is my start to getting back on track. I stocked up on healthier food (for the majority of the week), no more buying junk stuff until I reach my goal, and I am starting at adding 30-min more cardio at least 4 days of the week. After I am comfortable doing that I will add more challaging things.

Start small, achieve, then add more!!!

you can do it!!!
