I don't know what's wrong with me but I cannot seem to get my arse to the gym ... and now it's downstairs so I have no excuses. Anyone have any ideas about how I can motivate myself???

Re: I need motivation!
Have you tried putting up photos of either you at a lower weight or of other people who have a body similar to what you would like to look like?
Also, if you can get yourself to the gym first thing in the morning and get it out of the way --- you'll feel so good the rest of the day, it may motivate you to keep going back!
HTH!

when i first wanted to lose weight- I bough these awesome Jeans- in a small size
when they came in the mail- I couldn't even come close to closing them
after a month I could almost buttom them
after 2 months I could wear them!
It was motivation I could see!
edited- I bought them from a website that doesn't allow returns

I am in the same boat as you! My motivation now is looking fabulous in my wedding gown and on my HM. I definitely think getting to the gym first thing in the morning is the answer.
Good Luck!

Just think of how great it will make you feel!!! You know you will. The hard part is starting, after a while it will become a part of your life and you won't think twice. Just go!!!! The trick is to go right after work, don't even sit down. Go home, change, and run right to the gym. You can do it!!!!!
