I need resume` help
What are some better terms for: heavy phone answering & scheduling appointments for clients. Or are those good enough? Thanks in advance.

i would suggest being more specific, if all you did was answer heavy call volume and schedule appointments you want to play that up...
say something like: answered and directed all incoming calls on 14 line system...
scheduled all appointments for CEO, CFO and and all office staff...
