I need some help

We have magnet STD's. I bought this really pretty do it yourself invitation kit from staples (came w/ so much stuff that i dont need but i really loved it lol). I want to print hotel information on the vellum paper and put it in the envelope w/ the magnet and send it out to all my guests, can someone tell me how to word it?? should i put any other information on it besides hotel??? TIA

You can say something like..

Rooms have been reserved and x hotel under the bride/groom name. Then list all hotels. You can also mention the fact that there will be a special rate- another reason to make sure they ask for your group name.
