My 1st fitting is very soon and I still have no veil. I've only been to Macy's Bridal in Manhasset and saw one veil I liked, but I'm lookig for a blusher double layered veil, they had none. I know many say to go to barron's at tri-county. Are there any other places that have a large selection of veils tha I can check out??? I'll be shopping for a veil this weekend. Thanks for your help

This may or may not help you girls...
I also went to Barrons at Tri County, im actually picking up my veil tomorrow. The guy there is very helpful, he has a very heavy accent but is extemely helpful! And if you let him know the style of what you want, he can probably do it, and he has every color avaliable too, do you know how many different shades of white and ivory there are? LoL But plus they are really reasonable!

I got my veil at bridal veil falls in the city and she was great. Its an all veil small boutique, but call to make an appt before going bc sometimes the lady opens up at 2pm or around that time.

I went to Barrons and dealt with the woman, I think her name is Yana. They actually make them for you. Will do whatever you ask, measure the length you want, etc. Just ask! Good luck!!

It's strange that you said Macy's in Manhasset didn't have any 2-tiered veils. They showed me at least 5! They add the blusher on later if you want the add'l layer.
But I'd say try Barron's. They will make anything you want, really. And their prices are much more reasonable. I got my veil AND headpiece for less than the veil alone would have cost me at Macy's.

I must have tried on about 10 veils, i really didn't know what i wanted! But he has a huge selection! He has a book of the different whites and ivorys he can make your veil in. Here are the hours, i found them on the internet, but I know they have different seasons for their hours, but im positive that friday was one of their late nights. Thursday and Friday, 12 a.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Closed: Monday-Wednesday

Re: I need some help
honestly, I would totally go to Barrons... I fell in love with viel in Asotria queens.. a wedding boutique by my house and well its only a little shorter than elbow length two-tier and blusher and it had all this bling on it! it was but it was also $300 So i was like oh hell no and I went to Barrons and they basically replicated it for me for $140
