So as you know I asked for prayers last week regarding the sale of FH's condo. We had a good open house and had two very interested couples. We have been going back and forth with one couple all week with offers. We have finally decided to accept an offer, lower than we had hoped, just to be rid of the place. They are taking one last look this afternoon before signing the contracts. So....hopefully for the last time on this topic....can you girls please send some prayers our way. We really want this place sold! TIA.
