Personally, I would keep shopping. There are a lot of great photographers out there and I would feel better knowing that the photographer is focused on my day only and not worrying about being someplace else. Photographers cost a pretty penny and you don't want to have to have any hesitation with them.

My DH was the same way as your FH. Shop around yourself and narrow it down to a few that you love. Then you can drag him out with you.

I agree, I wouldn't want to have to worry that my photo/video people were having to rush out for another event. I would prefer to the same people there the entire time this way everything will be consistent

Whewwwweeeee, sounds like a bad plan. It's a wedding not a relay-race. One of the reasons we went with Wagner was because he shoots every wedding himself, and only one per day. Good luck, keep looking.

hmm, sounds a little chaotic. you want your day to be as smooth as possible. if you meet w/ other photogs and your still sold on this vendor, fine. but see if you can find someone you like just as much (or more!) who don't have more than one event. photographers IMO are the most impt vendor!!!

I agree with all of the other posts. I went through the same thing with my FH and I wound up meeting photo and florists on my own.

agreed. you'd end up with shots and styles that are completely different and your photos especially, could look disjointed.

Keep looking and if your FH is that bothered by the continued hunt, he can always just stay home.

I'd keep looking. You should meet and like the photographer who you will be working with. I highly recommend infinite images.

i say keep looking, if you like the main guy and he cant do it then take the time to look around and when places are big enough to do a lot of weddings, i worry about confusion of who is supposed to be where and when.....

as for FH, if you do the research.....info online, read reviews, check references, then narrow it down to a few good ones you can book them all in a day meet them all and then decide and he is done

In theory I think it could work fine, I would be too concerned about it myself. I think that you may be better off finding someone who can be there for your whole event. You don't want to have to worry about the first two cutting out early or just not putting full effort into it. Also, you don't want to worry about if the second two come late, etc. IMO I would feel more comfortable with someone who could commit to the whole event.

if they say they will have other photogs finish and they are good, you still should see samples of their work. we went with Silverfox who has several diff photogs working for them but we got to see albums with work of each of them to decide if we wanted to use any of them. that's what I think you should do when checking out the different places.

I agree with the others to keep looking because the pics after ceremony are important too. that's when they should do formal and candids of you w bridal party, relatives etc.

im sorry but it sounds like a disaater in the making... what if some dont show up , get there late , take pictures that you dont like .. Keep shopping im sure u can find someone with less complications

I am using them for my wedding... their whole crew is amazing & very professional... I feel like anyone that works for them are as good as them….If they are getting in all the important shoots done by them and their crew is great then whats the problem?
