I am desperately looking for an apartment, house, condo, co-op-- whatever. I don't know what I want. Ideally, I would prefer a house, but I doubt that I can afford one. I am going nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We looked on apartments.com and found our current residence. They let you look by region and then show you what's available in your area and for your budget.

Check out www.realtor.com . It got us started. From there, we got in touch with different brokers and just found our place this weekend.

Its a major thing ...We are going condo...and I havent even started looking again ....I think I will start to worry about that in 8 mts. My FH is in out side sales so it doesnt matter where we live for him because he is all over long Island & NYC

I know its hard - we havent even started looking yet!! I'm not so worried though - my mom is a realtor so anyone interested can FM if they want to get in touch with her or one of her co-workers - they have places that arent listed on the websites!! Shes really good too and tries to find the perfect place for everyone!
