I need the Geek Squad

.... or someone who knows how to change the format of pictures!! I'm trying to upload pictures of the bridesmaid dresses from yesterday. I tried to re-save them as a JPEG, but it won't let me. It just stays as a BITMAP. W T F is a bitmap anyway??!

Please help!

Oh but during my struggles, I managed to add some more pictures of our engagement party so enjoyyyyyyy

I do it by downloading a program called IRFANVIEW. It's a free photo editing program, it's simple, and I use it all the time to resize and reformat my photos.

Hmmmmm thank you!! I'm going to have to look into that. I usually can around pretty well on computers, but notttt this time.

I love it. I've had a number of computers in the last ten years and it's one of the first programs I find to download on each and every one of them
