I need to find this dress!!!

Ok, so I was all happy and set with my Demetrios Ilissa dress but then I found this FRANCESCA . I just NEED to try this dress on before I order mine. Problem is, I seriously called every bridal store in LI/Queens that they said carries Maggie dresses and no one has it Now what? lol Maybe something telling me to stick with my Demetrios?

call maggie HQ...i had this same problem with my dress...i know i wouldnt be happy till i at least tried it on...

i asked HQ what stores bought the samples...unfortunately the closest one was in CT (2 hour drive)...so i drove. lol. i figured i would not really be happy until i got this dress out of my head

turns out i loved it. looked like the pic. and i was happy. i placed the order for it in NYC and i havent tried on a gown since.

did u call places in nj/ct? if you really wanna try the dress before ordering the demetrios you could always just drive a little further. otherwise you might always regret not at least trying it on!

Exactly, that's why I feel like I need to try it on before I order mine. I have my shoes and I'm all ready to go to order my original one but I want to try this one first.

Ditto. Call Maggie directly. They were extremely helpful when I was hunting down the Gatsby dress. Evidently it was not the *one* but I'm glad I got to try it on and rule it out regardless.

And BTW, that dress is GORGEOUS and I've never seen it before! It has to be really old or really new!

it is gorgeous. .you have yo find it or you will always wonder???!
I am glad I did cause mine was the one too!!!

ETA: they sort things by state, so make them do a search for: NY, NJ, CT, PA, MD, NH...those are all pretty driveable. but i hope they find it at a place close by!!!!!!
