I just did 40 min on the treadmill and although it ****** whlie I was doing it, I feel great now!!

on a nicer note, I alway tell my classes/clients- after a great workout, REMEMBER that feeling of accomplishment and euphoria when you are done. That is the best feeling in the world! A hot steamy shower after a serious cardio workout is one of my natural highs.
Think about how great you'll feel when you are done!
