i need to get my hair highlighted! ~need suggestions!

I havent gotten my hair done in FOREVER so im going to do it next week when im on break...i live in Glen Cove so near there would be great...but im all over the island espeically nassau all the time so you can give me suggestions anywhere in nassau really

so any suggestions for places i can go to get my hair highlighted that isnt too pricey?? (im poor lol)

I highly recommend Blonde on Blonde. It's down the village (right near the movie theater, starbucks, The downtown etc) Joanne does AMAZING hair. However shes not cheap, but def. worth it. Also you can try Darren's hair salon on Forest Avenue

If you want out of GC, I now go to Danielle at Cactus salon on S. Oyster Bay Rd in Plainview. She does awesome color and shes pretty reasonable compared to the others!

I am in the industry so I kinda have a feel for good colorists.
I found an old colorist of mine that used to work with me.

I just went last wens.

It is in the woodbury commons. FM me for more details
She most prob will give a discount for the refferal.

If you dont want anything too pricey...you can go to a beauty school they actually have salons in there and you can get highlights for like $25, it gives the students practice, but its cheap...on the other hand..i also do hair so if you want some information on my prices FM me
