I need you girls!

Ok, I am sitting here depressed and upset because if anyone remembers my sis had a baby on Dec. 29th and had some serious complications afterwards. Well she has been in & out of three hospitals ever since. She had a blood clot in her lung and is also now on blood pressure meds. The biggest problem has been severe chest pain that none of the Dr's can figure out. She has been to the hospital at least 20 times and that is probably a low estimate. Right now she is at her local ER and I am so worried that something serious is going on and the Dr's are missing it!! My FH went to dinner with some friends (I made him go) I did not want to go because I just don't know what do to right now! I just needed someone to vent to and this seems like a good group of girls that will listen to other people's problems!! Thanks for listening, you girls are great!!

maybe she should transfer to a teaching hospital with a really good cariopulmonary department....

maybe a hospital affiliated with a good medical school, so the Dr.'s are actually professors and know the latest medical research and technology....

mt sinai in NYC or stony brook? She needs to see a national/world expert, not just an ordinary cardiologist...

I'm sooo sorry!!!! I didn't see your last post, is it your sister or the baby that is sick? They are both in my prayers. I'm sure they will both be fine! Try to think positive, you'll only drive yourself crazy if you don't!
