I need you ladies to proof my menus pretty please!!!

I can't post it - it's in MS Word. Can you proof my spelling and grammar and whatnot? Thanks!!!!

Caesar salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing served with mesquite grilled chicken breast and Parmesan cheese

Second Course
Gourmet Ravioli Trio
Lobster ravioli, spinach ravioli, and sun-dried tomato ravioli nestled in a pomodoro sauce

Main Course
Herb Roasted Chicken
With cheese-filled rigatoni, smoked tomato sauce and asparagus

Shrimp and Lobster Crepe
Succulent lobster and shrimp crepe with asparagus served on a bed of sautéed spinach with a sherry curry sauce

Filet Mignon
Served with herb au jus, salt and pepper, bleu cheese potato croquette and mixed vegetables

Served with plum tomato sauce

Dessert
Wedding cake
Fondant icing, yellow cake with vanilla pudding filling

No need to cap 'Parmesan'. Also, above the main course maybe you should put 'Your choice of one' instead of writing 'or' after every choice.

Other than that, it looks great! ...and sounds DELISH!!

It's on cardstock so I keep giving my printer a break.

My flourish was off-center so I have to reprint anyway.

Oh man - I'm so spent. I learned my lesson with mistakes on proofing and whatnot - so I post it for you girls and because I can't post the whole thing - I screw it up. Ooooooooooooooooh! What a waste of cardstock and ink. I'm so mad, so mad!
