I have decided not to use a vendor for my wedding that I won. . We just decided we didnt need their services and it is absolutely nothing that they did wrong. They have been actually very nice. Can someone help me with the correct wording to use?

I don't think I'm using one either that I won at TWOTY.
Just say exactly what you just told us,
' After some time, my fiance and I have come to realize we do not need your services for our upcoming wedding. Please understand that this has nothing to do with your particular business, profesionalism, or helpfulness. You have been very nice and quite helpful througout this process. In the future I have no problem referring your business to future potential clients.'

Thank you for the opportunity to use your service. We greatly appreciate everything you have done but have decided that we are not going to need your services.. Please understand that this decision was not made based on our experience with you. We have just decided to go in another direction and will recommend you to our friends in family.
It's not the best...but it's a jumping off point.
