Just see what happens. If it gets here on time and it fits then be in the wedding. if not ask the bride what she wants you to do. nothing you can do really. sorry its not going too smooth. i dont really understand the point of holding onto dresses until the other gets to the other place?? should have sent at the same time imo but remember brides get nutty the week - two before

I think thats all i can do...i dont want to cause her unnecessary stress by dropping out but if i cant get the dress fittied in time i have no choice.

Why would she tell her sister to hold onto the dress until you sent yours?? Did she not trust that you would send it? Sounds a little strange...
Part of me feels like you should just tell her forget about it because do you really want to go through the whole day with ill feelings and having to act fake?? I dont think I could do that..
But on the other hand..BunnyBears is right, brides do get a little crazy right before the wedding and if she has been your friend forever then I guess you might want to do whatever it takes and just stick it out.. Sorry, I'm probably making you even more confused!!!

Sorry to hear that...as stressful as it is......just have to play it by ear. there is nothing else you can do. I hope the other one fits the sister.

I have to agree that it's a 'play it by ear' scenerio. It's unfortunate though. I'm soo sorry you're going through this stress. You friend probably realizes that you were right about her not ordering from that bridal salon and is just going crazy about the bad ordering they did. I hate to excuse her but she might just be feeling the stress of it all.
