No, but you can always ask to have something added on, i dont know how much it is or your budget or anything like that, but its worth a shot - atleast she can try it on!
Or get her some really Bangin earrings - something REALLLY nice - and a Nice Bracelet and sparkly clutch. - and some really nice shoes...

I love this one! I think your mom can definitely dress it up if she feels she needs to. She has long hair, right?... so she can put it up, add some really nice bling and SHA-ZAM!.. Hot mama!
