I need your opinion!

So we decided to do some engagement photos early through Sears Portraits so we can give them as gifts to our parents for Christmas.

I am debating on the frame... do I go to Things Remembered and get personalized frames with our names, the word 'Engaged' and the engagement date, or do I use 'To be Married' with our names and wedding date, or do I just get a regular frame with nothing on it!!

I need help and of course I turn to the LIW brides first!

hey! i say frame without personalization so they can display it after you're married. hope planning is going great for ya!!! ~lacey

I also voted for no engraving - that way they'll always be able to display it.

I agree, writing 'engaged' or 'to be married' won't make sense after you are married. But if you want to engrave the frame you could use something that will work forever, like your names and/or 'love Always.' That way it will be personalized and they can always display it.
